I spent years working in data, and I kept meeting the same person: someone who had finished three courses, held a certificate, and still froze when handed a real dataset.
The problem was never effort. It was that nothing they had used ever asked them to perform. Watch a lecture, pass a quiz, move on — none of it resembled the job.
PrimrIQ is the thing I wish those people had. Messy data. Real workflows. And a mentor who reads every submission and tells you what a senior would have done differently.
We're deliberately small right now. Every learner gets reviewed by a person, and that doesn't scale cheaply. We'd rather grow slowly and have five people we can name than five thousand we can't.
